These steps are a modified Getting Things Done method, a productivity technique that can be applied a variety of issues. When I started writing I often felt lost at sea without a map. Now I know how to identify issues as well as steps forward on how to solve them.
Here is an additional image. Steps for a final revision of my manuscript from my annual Kanban. Freezes are terminology borrowed from the process of developing computer operating systems. They indicate the degree of severity and impact, structural down to targeted, fixes that allowed to be admitted at what point. The freeze points are a good target for deadlines.
